1. Project “DREAMSCAPE BHUVAN” is an open plot venture promoted by NNR DREAMSCAPE.
2. Plots will be allotted in venture of “DREAMSCAPE BHUVANN”, Located at Khanapur Village, Rangareddy guda, Dist. Mahabubnagar, Telangana.
3. The plots offered are admeasuring 150 sq.yds to 500 sq.yds.
4. For allotment of the plot the purchaser must pay One Lakh Rupees and 25% of the plot cost within 10 days. The company will give an agreement of sale. The balance amount shall be paid within 45 days from the date of booking.
5. All payments should be paid to the company authorized persons only, against official receipt.
6. Those who make payments through Cheques shall bear bank charges on realization.
7. Those who make online payments can use our payment gateway for transactions.
8. You will be notified when the online transaction is successful along with a receipt and acknowledgement to your registered email id.
9. Registration, taxes and connected miscellaneous costs shall be borne by the purchasers only.
10. The company has the right to cancel his/her plot allotment without assigning any reason/notice if the purchaser defaults in payments within a specified period. If he/she regularizes the payment later he/she has to select another/alternate plot from the available vacant plots.
11. An interest of 2% per month will be charged on all the delayed balance payments and shall not be waived under any circumstances.
1. The Management is authorized to admit or reject any booking/purchase. The company reserves the right to alter the rates at any time.
2. Change of name or transfer of booking/purchasers name will be according to the company rules and will attract additional charges as fixed by the company. However cancellation and refund of the amount paid for booking and purchase of the plot will not be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Disputes which may if any between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad & Mahabubnagar Dist. only. Any disputes are to be settled as far as possible by arbitration with the management.
